Reservation

For information you can contact the facility via e-mail or by phone (at +39 370.1617004). Reservations can be made directly from our website by sending a written request to booking@laveduta.it. Since April 2 this year, the “La Veduta” estate has been available to Guests to provide unforgettable moments of serenity and relaxation.

The following information should be included in the reservation request: first name, last name, date of arrival, date of departure, number of guests, age of any children (no specific provisions are provided for them), presence of any pets, telephone number and e-mail address for receiving communications. Please also indicate your estimated time of arrival and to notify well in advance of any requirements for times different from those indicated here at the time of booking.

Down payment – Deposit – Cancellations – Final cleaning

In order to confirm your reservation from our website, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, which must be paid by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be indicated by e-mail. The balance of the full amount due must be paid, again by bank transfer, within two days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is 100% refunded. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit is not refunded. In case of no-show, or early departure, the full amount paid will be withheld. The period of stay is considered within the limits of the agreed dates. Therefore, please specify your arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) dates respectively. The reservation will take effect when the amount due in advance is credited: then confirmation of the reservation will be communicated. The price of the stay does NOT include final cleaning for which a lump sum of € 200.00 is required. A deposit (refundable at the end of the stay after verification by the staff in charge) equal to 15% of the total amount of the stay will be required upon arrival, in the event that damage to the property is found, the amount of the deposit will be retained, if the value of the damage is greater than the deposit paid will be requested from the guest the total cost of the damaged property or property.

Personal data and disclosure

Pursuant to Art. 13 of DL 30.06.2003 no. 196, all personal data of our Guests will be processed both through computer systems and manually in order to fulfill fiscal obligations (prepare invoices, record data, etc.) and provide the requested service. At the time guests receive confirmation of their reservation, they must send a copy of each of their IDs for the purpose of notifying the relevant law enforcement agencies of their presence. Sojourn tax has an extra cost of € 2.00 per person (over 12 years old) per night which must be paid with the final balance of the total amount due.

Pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we would like to inform you that the processing of Guests’ personal data is carried out fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes and protecting confidentiality and rights. The processing is also carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:

1. to acquire and confirm your reservation and to provide the requested services. Since this is processing necessary for the establishment of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, consent is not required, except in cases where special, so-called sensitive, data are conferred. If you refuse to provide personal information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation or provide you with the requested services. Processing will cease upon departure, but some personal data may or should continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;
2. to fulfill the obligation under the “Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza” (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773), which requires reporting to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal details of the housed Guests in accordance with the procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree January 7, 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. Data acquired for this purpose are not retained by us unless consent to retention is provided as stipulated in Section 4;
3. To fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to acquire consent. Data are processed by us and our appointees, and are disclosed externally only in fulfillment of legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned fulfillments, we will not be able to provide the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time stipulated by the respective regulations (5 years, and even longer in case of tax assessments); 4. to expedite registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, subject to the acquisition of revocable consent at any time, the data will be retained for the maximum period of 5 years, and will be used when you are again our Guests for the purposes mentioned in the previous points; we would also like to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or restriction or opposition to processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and insofar as applicable (Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016). It may also be, propose complaints to the supervisory authority, in accordance with the procedures provided for in current regulations.
